Extensive reporting capability to PDF, to Excel and to an ASCII file. Reports are available to process payroll, like employee time cards, summary of hours, and hours by home or worked department. Also reports are available for performance, like absentee, early/late in/out, and lunch exceptions. Even analytical reporting is available, like year to date total hours, benefit accruals, and birth date list. Scheduling, projects and so many more reports are available.
Company administrator can accurately enforce pay policies such as daily/weekly overtime, minimum/auto lunch deductions, attendance, breaks, absentee, late/early exceptions, and rounding rules.
Our cloud system can accept a few details about certain payroll systems and then you can simply click a button and have a file downloaded to your PC that can be imported to certain payroll websites or of course emailed to your bookkeeper. (ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, PayChoice, eVoPro Solutions, Evolution SaaS, Passport Payroll, Millenium 2, Resourcing Edge, Sure Payroll, VistaKeane, Administaff, Sage, Excel, Ultipro, ASCII file and Many Others).
One could access a version of the cloud attendance account from a Mobile Device, allowing features like time card editing and history hours inquiries. As well as, time clock information management. Most importantly one could access the supervisor center, with employee status board, exceptions/missed punches, time off requests and messages.
Some of our clocks can be sent a command from the cloud attendance website to request a fingerprint or face when the employee inputs their assigned user ID. This way the administrator of the account does not have to be present or available when a new hire comes to clock in.
With Employee Self-Services active on an account, the employee can login and verify their agreement with the time card and give their approval which would be date stamped and visible to the administrator of the account.
With Employee Self-Services active on an account, and for a small additional fee per employee, the cloud attendance account can be setup to capture the employees signature. The employee and administrator would then receive an email of the time card with the employee signature.
Using a web browser, employees can clock In and Out of projects, or can enter their total hours worked for projects. With this web-based solution, Managers, Supervisors and Administrators can at any time review actual hours and cost of projects by Employees, Accounts, Customers, and Departments. Comparison and evaluation of Projects Actual Cost and Budgeted Project Cost is a click away. You can process employees’ labor hours for payroll, and project hours for Project Costing and billing.
The cloud attendance account can be setup to automatically accrue for unlimited definitions of benefits. For example PTO, Sick, Vacation. It is so flexible; the accrual rate can be based on hire date or hours worked. One can define maximum available balance to be accrued and maximum carry over balances. This feature automatically accrues benefit hours and keeps track of used hours.
Is a feature that can be added to your cloud attendance account FREE of charge. This feature can give employees access to approved options. For example benefit hours, time off requests, time card viewing, schedule viewing, and time card approval.
A very easy user interface and highly productive way to create and maintain employees working hours and days off. Schedules are created by date range either for a single employee or group of employees using a predefined weekly schedule template. Screens and reports are available with employee schedules by day, weekly and range of dates.
